I've been using this app for years now. Naturally I've collected a lot of data in form of pictures and chat logs in it. Today, when I entered the app through a notification, I ended up being forcefully logged out of my account. I logged back in, just to realize that all the data on my account had been deleted. All the memories gone. I contacted support, which is managed by an AI and it didnt do anything to help with my issue. There is no way to get in touch with an actual human agent anywhere.

In my own opinion, WhatsApp is a great app for communicating with family and any communities, it's pretty simple and easy to use once you understand the settings, but it would be better if there was an in-app browser, similar to messenger, for whenever someone sends a link, and you don't have to go into chrome or any browser app you have, since I've noticed in both the reviews and the people I know who use WhatsApp, they'd prefer in-app browsers as well. But overall, a really easy to use app!!𔘓
WhatsApp is in general good but has some disadvantages. Firstly, it automatically deleted messages I try to send many times and does not let me edit messages when I typed something wrong, showing a completely different message. Apart from that, it has a feature which lets you post things happening with music on it. The voice recordings are high quality and there isn't much delay ( apart from whenever I try to edit a message) Overall, very good
